How do you take off in a Bonanza? (Question No. 2)

Big Red Car here.  So, The Boss is a pilot and has a number of pilot friends.  One young friend, at The Boss’s urging, is taking flying lessons and is flying a Cessna 172.

A C-172 is the most popular training aircraft ever made.  It is reportedly a great plane to learn to fly on and the young student pilot is just about ready to take his flying test.

So, he is thinking about what planes he might like to investigate after he gets his license.

National Spaghetti and Meatballs Day, an allegorical story about negotiations

Big Red Car here.  Wet, cold day here in the ATX — not convertible weather.  Frankly, I am getting a bit vexed.  I am a bit uncomfortable and want to get out and run a bit.

Which brings me to the issue of comfort food and — will wonders never cease — National Spaghetti and Meatballs Day.

The Power of Experience — Your Generation Did NOT Invent Sex

Big Red Car here.  The Boss is back in town and he is back to business full steam ahead.  It is nice to see him so busy as he has been at the beach, in the mountains on the East coast and skiing for Christmas.  The last three months, he has been out of town a lot.

Now, he is back and I just might get a chance to blow out the cobwebs myself today if the rain holds off a bit.

This resurgence of activity got me thinking about the value and power of experience.
