I think we are further along already. Let me share my concerns:

The states of California, New York, Colorado, Illinois, New Jersey, and Massachusetts — all Dem strongholds and sanctuary states — have all pledged to oppose Donald Trump’s initiatives on . . . . . EVERYTHING.
What initially started with an effort to “Trump-proof” California by Governor Newsom has now become a coordinated though embryonic effort.
In reality, it is at its core an attempt to forestall deporting 20-25,000,000 illegal aliens in the United States. It is all about illegal immigration and deportation of illegal aliens.
There will also be a lot of talk about the Trump admin rolling back regulations — climate and water quality being the stalking horses — that these blue strongholds adore, but believe me, it’s all about immigration — illegal immigration and deporting illegal aliens.
Tom Homan, the new Border Czar, is committed to deporting every single illegal alien in the country. He’s a bulldog of a man who came into the immigration racket at the flick of President Obama’s pen.Yes, Obama’s guy.
Buckle up, Tom Homan will be the new head of ICE and is deporting every illegal alien in the United States.
President Donald J Trump nominated Fox News Friends & Family Weekend co-host Pete Hegseth to become the Secretary of Defense. He is a warrior and a passionate and vocal supporter of the warrior class.

Contrary to the Dems, the pundits, and the Dem lap dog media, the election was not as close as it was anticipated and reported to be. In fact, Kamala Harris suffered a substantial beatdown not able to equal Joe Biden’s 2020 performance in a single county in any state.

In backlash to the “disastrous” outcome of the election on Tuesday — in case you have been sailing offshore, the Orange Man won the White House and the Republicans won the Senate and the House in a beat down of truly mythic proportions — women liberals/progressives have invoked the unique wrath of their gender that only they can harness.
Serious note: Kamala only beat Trump on “women” by 7% whilst Biden beat Trump on women by 15%. This has to worry the Dems, no?

The rudderless Democrat Party — rudderless because their enshrined leaders Biden, Harris, Schumer, Jeffries (Pelosi) are all lame ducks — is now engaging in the mandatory post election recriminations and blame game trying to ascertain how they lost an election in such a decisive and comprehensive manner at the hands of the Orange Man.
The Dems surrendered the White House, the Senate, and the House; that, dear reader, is a West Texas barbed wire enema even in Nancy Pelosi’s book.
Before the Dems can even begin to refashion their party, they have to figure out how 14,000,000 Dem voters (who cast their votes for Joe Biden in 2020) disappeared and why?

Apparently, this Donald J Trump character has now survived being turned out of office, sued into bankruptcy, being indicted and convicted, being crucified by the leftist media, being relegated to political darkness, being shot, and now a third presidential victory.
Donald J Trump is the most stirring example of political audacity and raw grit in American history. Bravo and well played.
The Big Orange Man has put the Clinton, Bush, Obama, and Biden political dynasties to the sword. He has defeated the elites and the know-it-alls and the vastness of the Democrat Party – media unholy alliance. He has singlehandedly jerked politics into the digital age. He has redefined the word grit.
