We have a fundamental cash flow problem, not a political problem

Big Red Car here.  Still drying out from the rains last night and today.  We need the rain so I can’t complain.  Who would listen anyway?

So I’m talking to a cute little Mercedes Benz convertible (top buttoned up, mind you).  She lives with an accountant and we get talking about the cash flows of our country.  Not politics, mind you, just how much is coming in and how much is going out and how much we are borrowing.

The Power of Experience — Your Generation Did NOT Invent Sex

Big Red Car here.  The Boss is back in town and he is back to business full steam ahead.  It is nice to see him so busy as he has been at the beach, in the mountains on the East coast and skiing for Christmas.  The last three months, he has been out of town a lot.

Big Red Car here.

So we received a question from Austin entrepreneur and business owner — Joni G.  Old time friend of The Boss.  Very successful entrepreneur and Mom.  Creator of jobs, runner of businesses and all around great American.

A good question, indeed.

Developing Talent in the Small Business (The Leadership Series)

Big Red Car here.

The Boss is still in Steamboat Springs skiing and I am still in the driveway waiting for the old boy to get home.  I am wasting a lot talent just sitting here.

Which brings me to the subject of developing talent.
