So this day is going to be a bit rainy, so what? Gets me to reflecting on things. Hey, I like a bit of rain. A welcome diversion from endless sunshine plus it won’t even crack 85F today and that’s not all bad, eh?

In Europe, the scourge of antisemitism — hatred for the Jews — has reared its ugly face yet again.
Big Red Car here. What a day in the ATX. The Boss was out early and we took a quick ride through the neighborhood. Everything is under control.
So, The Boss gets into a conversation with a young CEO and the young CEO poses the question — “Hey, what am I supposed to be doing about the Company Culture?”
WTF, sayeth The Boss and then they chat for a bit. It is a long chat, but a very simple one.
Sayeth The Boss: “You, my dear CEO, are the invisible hand which spawns and maintains the Company Culture.”

So we are back on the issue of Company Culture.

So The Boss has been re-reading Washington’s Crossing by David Hackett Fischer and published by the Oxford Press. This must be the third time he has read it.
