Malicious Prosecution + Election Interference = Lawfare

Today in Manhattan, the Republican nominee for the office of President of the United States is defending himself against criminal charges alleged by the Manhattan (New York County) District Attorney, Alvin Bragg.

Bragg, like Letitia James, New York Attorney General, ran for office on the platform of holding Donald J Trump “accountable” for all his bad actions — which bad actions at the time he was unable to elucidate. Bragg, like James, had his man and now had to find his crime.

I will walk you down the pathway to show how we got here. Bear with me. Continue reading

The Trump Supreme Court Legacy

The US Supreme Court is the highest court in the nation and is composed of nine Justices — a Chief Justice and eight Associate Justices. When there is a vacancy, the President nominates/appoints a candidate, the Senate conducts hearings, and the Senate then confirms or denies the appointment.

Technically, the Constitution authorizes the President to appoint a justice subject to the advise and consent of the Senate. Continue reading

Trump Sell By Date Arrives

Donald J Trump expected to announce his 2024 candidacy for President next week in the warm glow of a transformative Republican red wave election.

That will not happen — he may decide to run for President, but there is no Republican red wave election glow.

In fact, there are a great many people who are blaming Trump for the election’s outcome. Continue reading

President Trump’s Black Support

It is a shibboleth of liberal politics that the African American community is a monolith whose support is a bedrock element of the Democrat Party. Said another way, the Dems think they own the black vote in America. Some may criticize that the Dems take it for granted.

This is supported by the historic support of Dems by the black community — Candidate Trump received 8% of black support while Candidate Mittens received 6%.

Now, President Trump has put the black vote in America into play by going after it and asking for the order.

Already, there has been an ugly rumor of increased support for President Donald J Trump from the black community.

Many Dems have taken to ignoring these reports as unfounded, but there are three reputable reports from early December 2019 that show north of 30% black support for President Trump: Emerson College Polls, Marist Institute for Public Opinion, and Rassmussen Reports. This is NOT chopped liver.

Which brings me to the BIG QUESTION: Why would the black vote be swinging to President Trump?

President Grinch

So, dear readers, you have probably learned by now that President Trump/Grinch has cancelled the 2018 Christmas party that the White House usually throws for the media — two parties, actually, one for the print media and one for the broadcast media.

“Donald, you cancelled the media Christmas parties?” “Yes, honey, I did. Gosh this feels great.”

The media has enjoyed these parties which provide a taxpayer funded feast, tours of the White House decorations, and interminable pictures with POTUS and FLOTUS in front of the Christmas tree.

Admit it, you would go and send that pic to your mother and the third grade English teacher who told you you were a loser.

Mandatory Dancing Lessons in Trump’s America

Big Red Car here on the day after the end of an error and the beginning of an era. I hope you enjoyed the Inauguration ceremony. It was quite an event. Today, we talk dancing.

One thing is worthy of note in Trump’s America — there will have to be mandatory dancing lessons and it has to start with President Donald J Trump. Sorry, Mr. President, but a dancer you are not.

So, when your wife looks like this, you should take some dancing lessons, no? Please?

I know we hired you to be President and not a dancing gigolo, but still, sir, you failed to meet expectations. Just a friendly word from your biggest 1966 Impala Super Sport convertible supporter.
