Voomly.com — Voomers and Vexperts

Big Red Car here.  Nice cold morning with lot of cloud cover.  The Boss took me out for a quick run to a morning coffee meeting.  I love getting up early and hitting the road even if it is for some corporate coffee — that would be Starbucks.

Big Red Rules

Big Red Car here.  The Boss is out drinking coffee early this morning.  He loves the 7:00 AM meeting at Austin Java.  He gets a 3-shot cappuccino and is wired for the rest of the morning.

Big Red Car here.

A good question, indeed.

Developing Talent in the Small Business (The Leadership Series)

Big Red Car here.

The Boss is still in Steamboat Springs skiing and I am still in the driveway waiting for the old boy to get home.  I am wasting a lot talent just sitting here.

Which brings me to the subject of developing talent.
