If he loves a checklist, he simply adores a process document or flow chart.

It is that engineer coming out in him.

He was talking with some of his startup clients — he’s currently coaching about a dozen startup CEOS — and it was obvious that they did not really have the same visualization of the process.

So The Boss made them a little graphic.

This graphic was reviewed by a couple of serial entrepreneurs who have been through the process several times.  It took several iterations to get it just so.
