Ahhh, dear reader, it is. Allow me to present two examples: the funding of the Trump Inaugural via the private Presidential Inauguration Fund and the election death bed conversion of some of the Tech Illuminati as it relates to anti-trust issues.
The Trump Presidential Inaugural Fund
Monday a week, will be the Inaguration of Trump 2.0 complete with ceremonies, a parade, and celebratory balls of all kinds. This is mostly publicly funded meaning the Trump folks have their tin cup out and are asking for funds.
Cadets from the Virginia Military Institute (my alma mater) passing in review of the 1973 Nixon Inaugural Parade at which they won the award for the best military marching contingent. VMI cadets will be marching on 20 January 2025. Look for the red overcoat capes.
It is not that hard a sell as a great number of powerful persons and corporations are “catching the late train” to support Trump 2.0.
At this writing, the Inauguration funding appears to be headed for $300MM with folks like Google/Alphabet, Meta, Amazon, Apple, Microsoft — all currently facing antitrust litigation or investigation from the Biden Department of Justice — and Jeff Bezos, Sam Altman, and a long, long list of similarly positioned wealthy individuals sending $1,000,000 checks.
Kissing the Ring at Mar a Lago
Not only are the checks flying in, the Illuminati are showing up in droves to kiss the Trump 2.0 ring. The hordes include Mark Zuckerberg, Jeff Bezos, Tim Cook, Sergey Brian, Sundar Pichai — donors all in both their personal and business capacities.
Foreign politicians are flocking to Mar A Lago to steal some face time with Trump 2.0 and to put the personal touch on their relationship. The soon to be former leader of Canada, Justin Trudeau, came to deliver Canada to Trump — JK.
How about that anti-trust thing, Big Red Car?
Yes, of course, dear reader.
The Biden admin heated up its anti-trust thrust — something Utah Senator Mike Lee, Head of the Senate Judiciary Subcommittee on Antitrust, Competition Policy and Consumer Rights called an “ideological witch hunt” — by unleashing the powers of:
1. Special Assistant to the President for Technology and Competition Policy, National Economic Council and a member of the Competition Council, Timothy Wu — a full on leftist lawfare ideologue
2. Lina M Khan, Head of the Federal Trade Commission, another hard core punitive leftist using lawfare to punish business; and,
3. Jonathan Kanter, Head of the DOJ Anti-Trust Division — yep, another hard core anti-business leftie (lefty?).
The Biden admin’s view is that anti-trust has been ignored since the Reagan administration (1981 – 1989) for more than 40 years. They are investigating and charging everybody.
So, when you assess who is writing big checks to the Trump Inauguration Fund, there is the whole real politik anti-trust feature at work here.
What do they do if they have left over money, Big Red Car?
They will definitely have left over money, some say as much as $150MM and it will go to the funding of the Trump Presidential Library.

OK, dear reader, nothing succeeds like success and the Tech Illuminati, Billionaires, business leaders, the anti-trusters all recognize that this Trump 2.0 chap won and they are getting on the Late Train with their checkbooks intact.
