One of the marks of a seasoned entrepreneur, founder and CEO is the ability to see the turbulence ahead, to maneuver in the turbulence, make it through and get to the calm on the other side.

The ability to control one’s actions and to fly through the turbulence is the difference between appropriate levels of concern and panic.

An accomplished pilot avoids turbulence when possible but knows how to deal with it when it appears anticipated or unanticipated.
