I have used the same approach with teams, moving beyond their Org Chart boss and build relationships. what is amazing is that every time &quot;Dinner with the directors&quot; increased the character of not only the VP but trickled down to everyone. It creates a real open environment for conversation about productivity not people!]]></description>
