So, in the furor of recent events, a big story has been missed: The US and its coalition partners have the last pocket of organized ISIS resistance surrounded and they are methodically and systematically eliminating them.
US leadership, air power, artillery, supplies, and allied bayonets. A smart way to fight.
This is big news.
Leadership changes can effect policy which can alter outcomes. Leadership changes are critical to outcomes.

One of the easiest ways to change outcomes is to change leadership. I say this in the context of business leadership (startups, in particular), but the example I will use has to do with the Middle East and ISIS. Hello, America!
If you have been following the unending war in Iraq and Syria, you will note several interesting things.
ISIS is kaput and it is only a matter of time before its leadership is dead, and its footprints disappear.
Let’s explore how this happened.

So The Boss is talking to a couple of his military buddies. Guys who served, as did The Boss, in elite military units and know which end of a rifle the bayonet goes on.
They have a very low opinion of the military prowess of ISIS.
