					<description><![CDATA[Hey Jeff, great post.  I&#039;ve been talking with folks about recurring processes quite a bit for the last couple years. It&#039;s funny how many times people will say they have a process, but it isn&#039;t documented.  :)  We try to help SMB with these and virtually all, regardless of industry, can benefit from checklists for onboarding new clients and new employees.  Heck, you might even have a few for writing a blog post and promoting a blog post.
