Yup. Right on the target, on both points.

In my case, likely I violated the first, and, for the second, only 55 which was not nearly big enough.

Also, really need to keep the anonymity: If the NSA can’t do that, then a company needs to be darned careful.

As in all things, one must be realistically temperate.

Big enough employee pool and the anonymity is a big enough cloak.

For CEOs, fine. At least for especially stable CEOs willing to take a slap of a cold towel in the face and not hold a grudge. Supposedly the first and last such person died on a cross 2000 years ago.

For employees? Likely not so fine. Anything like a frank comment on a “totally anonymous” survey is Russian Roulette for an employee. It cost me a good job. I’ve got just “five words” in response: I’ll.never.do.that.again.
