What gave rise to the Budapest Memorandum, Big Red Car?

When the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics imploded on 25 December 1991, Ukraine instantly became a former socialist republic and an independent sovereign nation.

Ukraine was always a high military achiever and had 1900 strategic nuclear weapons coupled on 176 intercontinental ballistic missiles, 2500 tactical nuclear weapons, and 54 bombers. These weapons were all owned by what had now become the Russian Federation.

At no time did the Ukrainians have any operational control of these nukes. They were always controlled by Russia. Continue reading

The Impending Invasion of Greenland And Other Myths

As you know, President-elect Donald J Trump has not “ruled out” invading Greenland (2400 miles from NYC, closer than Los Angeles) to gain control of this strategic island as an enhancement to American national security.

As we speak, the Joint Chiefs are finalizing their plans that will begin with an airborne attack by the Tip of the Spear, the 82nd Airborne Division.

Donald Trump’s America First Policy — Isolationism?

It is still three weeks until Donald J Trump is inaugurated as President of the United States though the world seems to already have begun to operate as if he is the President. That is more an indictment of the weakness of the faltering health of our dementia afflicted President.

Department of Government Efficiency — DOGE

I am quite excited about President to be Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency and even more excited to see that Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy are in a leadership role. This will be fun. [Admission: I am more excited about the Georgia v Texas SEC Championship game this Saturday at 4:00 PM, but I am still excited.]

Before we get too DOGEy, let’s review some history on the subject of bringing efficiency to the Jabba the Hutt Federal government. Buuuuuuurp! Excuse me.
