					<description><![CDATA[I find this to be true in any sales role that I&#039;ve had. Even along the buying process, each step can have 5-7 touches. So closing a deal with 10 steps could have a checklist of 50-100 mini touches that need to happen to get something across the finish line. Helps with the frustration. Also in sales, very rare that the customer&#039;s timeline matches up with a rep&#039;s. Great post.]]></description>
