No doubt. Challenge is finding those KPIs particularly when the process is an internal or financial process.

A BRC does not keep company with such a modern and new vehicle. Particularly one with a foreign accent. Though a Volvo does stay on the road for long, long time.

Agreed – step one is big. In my experience, a very large number of obstacles have been overcome by just taking this step.
