Just saw your comment. I am so glad to hear of your letter.

On the occasion of my Father’s 94th birthday, I did the same thing. I said things I could not really say in person and it moved both of us to tears.

I was the greater beneficiary.

I don’t think you would either.

If you help people realize the factors that create real satisfaction in their work – and they buy in – you can motivate them through a vision to greater happiness, in which money is only a piece and fear should be minimal.

J, you speak much truth after having experienced much life. For some of us young guys, it’s a bit too shark tanky too much of the time.

“Celebrate, Road Trips and Attitude” really should be printed on the tags to all of our clothing. It would at least get us out of the weeds here and there.
