The Green Card V The Trump Gold Card I

Good morning, dear reader, today we discuss the existing immigration EB-5 Investor program and the impending Trump Gold Card.

What is the EB-5 progam, Big Red Car?

The EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program (administered by the USCIS — US Citizenship and Immigration Service) was created in 1990 as a pathway for investors to attain a green card as a result of an investment in the United States that created at least 10 new jobs.

Since the inception of the program, it appears:

 1. that as many as 240,000 visas (including the families of the foreign immigrant investor) have been granted;

 2. that more than $50B has been invested;

 3. that the US Treasury has generated approximately $20B in tax revenue; and,

 4. that 1.0MM jobs have been created as a direct result of the investment.

The jobs are estimated using the formula of “direct jobs” X 1.5 indirect jobs to arrive at the final tally. Seems a bit tenuous to Big Red Cars. Continue reading →

Volodmyr Zelenskyy — Patriot Or Dictator?

Recently President Trump unloaded on the President of Ukraine, Volodmyr Zelenskyy, calling him an unpopular dictator, in particular for not conducting elections. These claims are patently false and irresponsible.

President of Ukraine Volodmyr Zelenskyy has been an effective military commander and inspirational leader for his country.

Understanding The Russian Negotiations #2

At the Ukraine – Russo War of 2022 negotiations in Saudi Arabia two days ago, the Russians fielded an experienced, unyielding, and tough as nails negotiating team as I wrote in: Understanding The Russian Negotiations #1.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio — in his new job as America’s top diplomat for less than 3 weeks — asked Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to stop attacking Ukrainian energy plants as a show of good faith.

Seems reasonable, no?

Sergey Lavrov — 10 years Russian Ambassador to the United Nations and 21 years as Foreign Minister, fluent in English — replied that Russia did not attack any Ukrainian energy plants, no power generating plants, nothing.

Obviously, the entire world knows this is blatantly untrue.

That night Russia unleashed an attack package of 150 +/- drones, missiles, and rockets against Ukrainian energy infrastructure. Continue reading →

Understanding The Russian Negotiations #1

The United States sent a handful of men — good men, but completely inexperienced in dealing with the Russians at this high level — from Trump 2.0 to Saudi Arabia to negotiate with the Russians about the war in Ukraine.

It is notable that Ukraine — sitting at the center of the fighting and the victim of Russian aggression — is not at the table discussing its fate. Neither is Nato nor the European Union or other close US allies. This is Trump 2.0 going it alone.

It is Trump 2.0 v the Putin stooges after a “long” and “good” call between Trump and Putin.

The Americans:

Secretary of State Marco Rubio (voted against a $6B aid package to Ukraine in 2024 as a US Senator from Florida),

National Security Adviser Michael Waltz (former Florida Congressman, Special Forces warrior chieftain, VMI graduate), and

Ambassador to the Middle East Steve Witkoff (real estate attorney, real estate developer, Trump pal of some time).

What is the Budapest Memorandum (Memorandum on Security Assurances in Connection with Ukraine’s Accession to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons) and why is it a test of the quality of the United States’ as an ally?

What gave rise to the Budapest Memorandum, Big Red Car?

When the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics imploded on 25 December 1991, Ukraine instantly became a former socialist republic and an independent sovereign nation.

Ukraine was always a high military achiever and had 1900 strategic nuclear weapons coupled on 176 intercontinental ballistic missiles, 2500 tactical nuclear weapons, and 54 bombers. These weapons were all owned by what had now become the Russian Federation.

The End of the World As We Know It Is Upon Us

If you listen to the Democrats — in particular Schumer, Pelosi, and Jeffries — y0u are deluged with a crap swallow wave of nonsense about how the world as we know it is at the end because Trump 2.0 is reducing the Jabba the Hutt waist line of our bloated, overgrown government.

Polling indicates more than 80% of the American electorate thinks the US government is too damn big and grotesquely overweight. You can’t get 80% of Americans to agree on free ice cream, amigos.

NATO Does Not Need the United States

This new chap, Trump 2.0, has been critical of the United States’ involvement in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization of which the United States was a founding member. His primary beef is that the non-US members are not doing their fair share.

Is he right? Let us reason together, shall we?

I will start with the conclusion:

The Europeans, NATO members, do not require any assistance from the United States on their continent on which their major adversary is the despicable, uncivilized, Chinese gas station called “Russia” led by the spawn of the Devil, a truly repugnant, murderous thug named Putin. Continue reading →
